We take great care in ensuring your timepiece arrives safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.
In Stock Items

All items provided by Timeless Luxury are provided with free shipping this includes item currently in stock and off-shore items

Items that are in stock will be sent targeted next business day delivery, and you will be sent a tracking number when the item is dispatched.

Items will be sent insured, tracked and signature required, Timeless Luxury are responsible for the delivery of the item. (Unless it’s been specified that items can be left at the address without a signature, in which case you are responsible for the item if it goes missing).
Off-Shore Stock

All prices shown for off-shore products include import fees. Shipping is free.

When we receive off-shore items we will notify you of their arrival either via a text, e-mail or both and they will be forwarded onto you within 24hrs of them being received by us, they will also be sent targeted next business day delivery.

The delivery time-frame for off-shore products is forecasted as 2 to 3 weeks.
International Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped from New Zealand
Prices displayed exclude any import duties, local taxes, or customs fees that may be charged by destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are determined by local customs authorities.
Timeless Luxury is not responsible for any import duties or incurred.

When receiving an item please advise Timeless Luxury when the item has been received (this is a courtesy gesture as the item can be tracked which will show when the item has been delivered)

If the watch has become damaged in transit, we will do our best to put it right so you can enjoy the timepiece you have selected, or return it for a full refund if necessary.

If there is any issue with the shipping of your item, please get in touch with us and we will work with the carrier company to make sure that your item arrives safely.

In the highly unlikely event that your purchase goes missing in transit, we will need to conduct a full investigation with the carrier company before we can claim insurance.

In the event of a purchased item becoming unavailable, you will be offered a refund or an alternative similar watch.
