Refunds and Returns

Pre-owned Watches

Timeless Luxury offers a 7 day grace period on all pre-owned watches we currently have in stock and a 48 hr grace period on off-shore products, (unless they are NEW or UNWORN items. These are ineligible for the grace period).

Timeless Luxury must be notified by email simon@timelessluxury.co.nz within 7 days for In Stock items or 48 hours for Off-Shore items. 

When you receive your new watch, Timeless Luxury would like to offer you the opportunity to get hands on and confirm you’re satisfied with your purchase. We are watch collectors and understand the importance of getting hands on with an item. If an item is returned you are responsible for all postage costs to Timeless Luxury and on to our supplier, also a flat fee of NZD$140 will be deducted from the reversed payment to cover time and admin related to sending and receiving the item.

New Watches

New watches must be returned in unused condition with all original plastic on the watch, packaging and paperwork.  Watches sold as NEW or UNWORN that have been worn or altered are not eligible to be returned, the return process will be rejected and the watch will be returned back to you.

Off-Shore Items 

We are proud  to offer our clients an increased extensive range of beautiful luxury timepieces through a collaboration with our trusted overseas supplier. You will feel secure in the knowledge that you will be liaising in all communications directly with Timeless Luxury NZ which is a known and trusted brand based in Wellington, New Zealand, that are now able to provide a larger range of pre-owned luxury watches. 


All prices shown for off-shore products include import fees and free shipping (both to NZ and within NZ).


The delivery time- frame for off-shore products is forecasted as 2 to 3 weeks.


We include a Timeless Luxury 6 month warranty* Terms apply on items we have in stock and also off-shore products


 The process for returns is:

  1. Contact Timeless Luxury to advise you would like a return, (shipping and insurance of the item you are returning are your responsibility and cost).

  2. Return the item in the condition it's been received.

  3. When the item has been returned and inspected to confirm it’s in the condition it was sent (Timeless Luxury will determine the condition on arrival at its sole discretion) the funds will be returned (the payment will be reversed).

GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Warranty

Timeless Luxury provides a 6 months warranty which covers mechanical faults, (this doesn’t include replacing a battery, service to watches or accidental damage).

If a fault occurs with a watch please contact Timeless Luxury NZ and explain the situation, we have several relationships with highly respected watchsmiths, they will appraise the watch and provide a quote, depending on the cost of the quote, Timeless Luxury will cover the cost of the repair, If the cost of repair is too high we will reimburse the cost of the watch. If the Watch has been damaged due to negligence or improper care the cost of repair will be the responsibility of the owner of the Watch.

If a Watch has been damaged (accidental or improper care) Timeless Luxury are happy to provide support to our clients to try and get the watch repaired (we will direct you to the Watchsmiths who we have established relationships with).

NZ Consumer Protection Act

Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

After Pay

Timeless Luxury NZ offers AfterPay services on some of our products, if you use the Afterpay facility you are engaging in an agreement with AfterPay, they are a 3rd party vendor that Timeless Luxury work in conjunction with

Good Faith

Timeless Luxury operates in good faith in all of our communications and transactions, We wish to make it clear that we expect this of all the people who use our services (We are Watch Collectors hoping to build productive enjoyable relationships with fellow watch Collectors).
